Exchange and Return Conditions

It is possible to exchange or return purchased products within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. You are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, excluding any shipping costs.

The goods must be intact, spotless, with tags, and in the same condition as when shipped. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions. Returns sent after 10 days will not be accepted (the shipping date is decisive).

Products in the LAST CHANCE category and personalised or custom edition items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For countries with customs, return costs (customs clearance, duties) are borne by the customer.

Goods Exchange — Italy

To make an exchange, follow this procedure:

• Place a new order with the items you wish to receive.
• In the order notes, write: "Request delivery with pickup of previous order no. XXXXX".
• Complete payment for the new order.
• Prepare the items to be returned in an envelope to hand to the courier.

The courier will simultaneously deliver the new order and collect the return. The refund will be processed within 15 working days from the return of the goods.

Return — Italy

Option 1: Pickup organised by BONESWIMMER

Contact us at info@boneswimmer.it with the subject "Return order no. XXXXX with pickup" and provide:

• Items to be returned
• Preferred day for pickup (no specific time)
• Full address, name, and phone number

The refund will be issued within 15 working days from the return of the goods, deducting €8.99 for shipping costs.

Option 2: Shipping arranged by the customer

You may choose the courier you prefer, provided the shipment is traceable. We are not responsible for goods sent without tracking or lost.

Return — Abroad

Return shipping is at the customer's expense and must be traceable. The refund will be issued within 15 working days from the return of the goods.
