Exchange and Return Conditions

You can exchange or return purchased products within 14 business days from the date of receipt. You are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, excluding any shipping costs.

The merchandise must be intact, spotless, with tags, and in the same condition as when shipped. We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet these conditions. Returns shipped after 10 days will not be accepted (shipping date is considered).

Products in the LAST CHANCE category and personalized or custom edition items cannot be returned or exchanged.

For countries with customs, return shipping costs (customs clearance, duties) are the customer's responsibility.


Exchange — Italy

To make an exchange, follow this procedure:

  • Place a new order with the items you wish to receive.
  • In the order notes, write: "Request delivery with pickup of previous order no. XXXXX".
  • Complete payment for the new order.
  • Prepare the items to be returned in a package to hand over to the courier.

The courier will simultaneously deliver the new order and collect the return. The refund will be processed within 15 business days from the return of the merchandise.


Return — Italy

Option 1: Pickup organized by BONESWIMMER

Contact us at info@boneswimmer.it with the subject "Return order no. XXXXX with pickup" and provide:

  • Items to return
  • Preferred day for pickup (no specific time)
  • Full address, name, and phone number

The refund will be issued within 15 business days from the return of the merchandise, deducting €8.99 for shipping costs.

Option 2: Shipping by the customer

You may choose any courier you prefer, provided the shipment is traceable. We are not responsible for items sent without tracking or lost shipments.


Return — International

Return shipping is at the customer's expense and must be traceable. The refund will be issued within 15 business days from the return of the merchandise.
