If there are customs, the return costs are entirely at your expense ( customs clearance, any duties ).

Place a new order with the desired items and write:

“ I request delivery with collection of previous order no. XXXXX ”.

The courier delivers the new order and collects the items to be replaced.

After return and inspection, refund within 15 working days .

“ Return order no. XXXXX with collection ” + items to return + preferred day (without time) + complete address + telephone number.

The refund will be made by deducting €8.99 .

Yes, but always with tracking . We are not responsible for lost or untracked shipments.
