Description

Elite Finger Paddle by Arena for BONESWIMMER: finger paddles for strength work and a cleaner stroke. Built for swimmers who train to perform.

Compact shape, solid resistance and a better feel for the water. Adjustable straps keep them stable and comfortable.

They sit on your fingers and leave the palm free, so you feel the water better on the catch.
The strap has several positions: adjust it until the paddle stays put.
Good for all four strokes. They work the forearm without overloading the shoulders.
One size. Materials: 90% polyethylene, 10% thermoplastic rubber; rounded edge so you don't clip the swimmer next to you.
