College Team Swim Team Uniforms Get New Life in the Boneswimmer Fall Collection

College Team, nuova vita alle divise delle squadre di nuoto nella Fall Collection Boneswimmer

For the Boneswimmer costumes you need a beastly physique

For a College Team costume , the athlete isn't enough, you need the physique: "fits the role" could be its motto.

Amidst the team's joviality, the patterns and colors of the Boneswimmer costumes stand out: bright, contrasting primary colors . Graphics reminiscent of the simple yet terribly ironic lines of Hanna-Barbera's '60s and '70s animations.
Colors taken from afternoons spent watching Wacky Races on TV, when each race was more absurd than the last and Muttley the dog would shout “medal! medal!” with the same fervor with which a trainer would shout “oooh oooh oooh” from the edge of the pool.
The graphics recall that aesthetic: sharp features, clean lines, stylized expressions of early cartoons.

Then the soundtrack starts. Because every team has a chorus, and the College Team has chosen the only one capable of turning a bathtub into a Hola Pop. The bell rings. Lockers clang. Britney Spears's voice, "...baby one more time."
You feel like you're in the water in your swimsuit with the same conviction as someone preparing for the final of the campus finals.

This is the heart of the College Team:
the exaggerated joy of after school,
the colorful vibration of vintage cartoons,
the sense of belonging that passes from one costume to another like a team secret.
And unity is always strength.

FLY - Butterfly

Fly's shark looks like a distant cousin of Muttley who has worked out and demands a medal before even diving.
He's got that campus superstar look: square jaw, snobbish fin, and a snobbish, "I always win" attitude.

BREAST – Frog

Breast's frog is the amphibious version of a college linebacker: XXL. Huge pecs, a dorm-party smile, and that way of stepping up onto the block that recalls Hanna-Barbera characters pretending to be serious.
It's the mascot that makes a mess on its own: it jumps, makes a scene, asks for applause, and gets it.

FREE – Freestyle

Free's tiger is a true '60s cartoon diva: perfect stripes, a feline Penelope Pitstop pose, and that overbearing confidence of someone who crosses campus convinced the spotlight is following her.
It doesn't walk: it parades. It doesn't start: it sprints. It doesn't swim: it roars in the chlorine.

BACK – Back

Back brings a panther that seems to have come straight out of one of those absurd moments in Wacky Races, when the animals teamed up without any logic.
His style is simple: he floats like a philosopher, veers like a missile, smiles like a vintage cartoon that knows full well he's winning.

MEDLEY – Mixed

Medley arrives with a muscular mastiff, intended to be the official campus mascot: massive, proud, and with the confidence of the Hanna-Barbera character who enters the pool knowing that everyone fears him.
He holds the four styles together like a model student holds four exams together but has a social life ruined by too much training.
